Could not even drive vehicle back into parking space after it rolled backwards on first attempt to move. After waiting an hour for power train to cool off, started the car again to find total cvt failure, with vehicle stalling and engine shutting off upon shifting into r or d. Started to hear grinding noise from engine compartment, so pulled into parking lot. ![]() Rpms shot up to 3-4k intermittently while maintaining speed on flat road. ![]() Vehicle began shuddering and jerking while driving at moderate speed in town. Cvt transmission failed completely on 2013 Nissan Altima 2.
